Miss Maureen,

I have received your email and I can see that you are confused. I must assure you
that the bank seem to know exactly what they are doing. Mr Jonnathan Tadobe is the
Senior International Remittance Officer for the Bank of Africa here in South Africa
and he is taking good care of me.

I am meeting with him again tomorrow. It seems that they decided to transfer your
fund to South Africa due to the uncertain political situation there in your country.
Do not be afraid. This time tomorrow your fund will be released and you will be a
rich woman.

I hope that it all becomes clearer to you if I copy below the email we received from
Jonnathan Tadobe on Monday morning.

I’m sure Mr Tadobe will be able to answer any questions you have. Why not send him
an email at jonnathantadobe@xxx As you can see he is Dr David Smith Kante’s
superior officer.

Miss Maureen, I believe we are in good hands.

Subject: Miss Maureen Adje Charlse

My Dear Mr Nigel,

I am the Senior International Remittance Officer for the Bank of Africa in South
Africa. My Junior colleague Dr David Smith Kante of our small Cote d'Ivoire branch
has asked me to take over the delicate transaction relating to Miss Maureen Adje

Because of the unrest in Cote d'Ivoire, it has been decided to transfer the complete
fund to South Africa.

Therefore, I would be grateful it you could rearrange your flight schedule so that
you arrive in Johannesburg South Africa rather than the rather dangerous Cote
d'Ivoire. I appreciate that rearranging at such short notice is difficult but we have
only your safety and that of Maureen Adje Charlse in mind.

Everything will be waiting for you on your arrival. We anticipate being able to
release the fund within 48 hours of your arrival. There are some additional expenses
to pay but we can discuss this once you arrive.

Please mail back as soon as possible with your new flight details. I will have one of
the senior bank chauffeurs pick you up from the airport.

I look forward to hearing back from you and meeting you in person.

Dr Jonnathan Tadobe
Senior International Remittance Officer
Bank of Africa
South Africa
