I thank you for your email. I am afraid, once again, very little of it made sense to
me. Have you any native English speakers on your staff who can converse without
making a complete abortion of the language? If so please put them on this case.

I am afraid that we have calling restrictions in place. I am able to call any
national location and any international location as long as it in Europe or America.
It seems that the number you have provided is on the African continent for some
strange reason and our call restrictions prohibit connections. I would be delighted
if you were able to provide email contact details for Dr.Leslee John so that I can
contact him that way.

When returning my email perhaps you can explain why the number is in Africa when the
Loto is in The Netherlands?
