Mr Leonard,

My child, I do indeed have your emails and wish to proceed with this good work but
your habit of writing everything in CAPITALS is most disconcerting. And there really
are many words in your emails.

I wonder if you would be so kind as to either give my a simply short summary of what
is required or better still telephone me on +44 70 xxxx xxxx (that's +44 for the UK)
