How delightfully silly of me not to understand your clear and concise communication.
I completely understand now.

Money is not an issue when it comes to this very clever slogan but first we have to
establish origination. Before I start to negotiate on price I need a certificate of
origination. This will establish and certify that the slogan is the original creative
work of the bank (or of an individual) and that that entity has exclusive use and the
right to licence the use of the slogan.

I look forward to seeing the certificate.
