Dr Spankdemonkey is most concerned that you have simply been playing a joke on him.
The number in Holland simply gives: "Subscriber can not receive call" every time we
call it and you are not answering your emails.
Why are you wasting Dr Spankdemonkey's valuable time? He has offered to help you in
your transaction and he has done all that you ask. If you simply do not want his help
then it would be polite to say so and apologise for wasting his time.
