Ms Claire,

What sort of business are you running there? Dr Spankdemonkey says to tell you that
you are about as much use as a chocolate tea pot.

I have not had a response to the email I sent you last Friday and this matter is most
urgent. Please put me in direct contact with the manager or director of your company.
I wish to inform them that your company is staffed by illiterate, moronic children
who like to misappropriate cargo they are holding in trust for other people.

If you worked for Dr Spankdemonkey he would have given you a good hiding by now. He
enjoys that.
