My dear Mr Frank

I received all three of your emails this afternoon. I am afraid it is a lot of
information to take in. The fact that your use of grammar is less than perfect does
not help me.

Once you have released your money I suggest you spend a little of it on English
courses in order to improve your writing style. I did similarly when I was 18 and it
has held me in good stead ever since. Your writing style is quite painful to read and
there are many errors in both your use of words and syntax.

However I have picked out the following points which I think sum up what is needed
for the next stage:

You require a copy of Dr Spankdemonkey's passport or other ID.

You require Dr Spankdemonkey's full name and address.

You require Dr Spankdemonkey's telephone contact details.

Is this correct? Please confirm and I will provide by return.
